I recently moved to Roselle and was looking for a PCP within my network. Dr. Bhavani is a good listener, and worked to find the best solution for my issue.
The reason for the 3 star rating has nothing to do with the doctor, but rather the organization of the office. I've had to call multiple times to her front desk receptionist (Maria), to send over prescriptions to the right pharmacy, send my bloodwork to a specialist, and send blood work orders to labs. My first blood work was denied with my insurance and was required to be done at an earlier time. Insurance had faxed this info to the office, and I was not told for over a week. I only found out because I called my insurance asking what the delay was for the prior authorization to be approved. I had to call Maria and have her search for the request from the Insurance. She said she never received it, yet she was somehow able to print the exact request (dating a week prior) and hand it to me.
I've gotten calls from my insurance and specialist saying they have sent over multiple requests to the office and haven't heard back in weeks. This has caused such a delay in my getting my medication approved with insurance, and getting appointments with specialist. I've had to call Maria multiple times throughout the week to get her to fax information so that I can confirm my specialists appointments.
The doctor is good, but the lady that handles the office work (billing, insurance, prescription work) is not good at all and has caused so many headaches. Every time I call her, she never knows what to do, where/when paperwork was sent to the office, and doesn't how to resolve the issue.
It is not my job as the patient to remind the doctors' staff to send these documents.

Dr. Bhavani wrote me a script for 2 MRI’s for an injury I sustained. When I went for the MRI’s I was informed she had canceled one of them behind my back and never told me she did so. Now my injury remains untreated due to her negligence. I caution others to avoid this doctor.

The staff is always great, the doctors are fantastic, they are quick and efficient.
Slight feedback for the office staff: i had booked a yearly checkup/physical bloodwood, and they asked for payment. When I got there, it was only 20, so i didn't think about it, but my insurance allows one a year.

Dr Jeereddy is a great doctor and has a terrific beside manor. She always has great availability for appointments and never overly long waiting times to be seen. Her staff is friendly and helpful and I like going to my scheduled appointments.

Dr. Jeereddy made me feel comfortable, she was patient, listened to my concerns and showed compassion. It was a great experience, and i wasn't rushed out the office. I highly recommend Dr. Jeereddy she has a great bedside manor.

I am so happy that I found Dr. Jeereddy! I love that she takes her time to listen to you. She wants the beat for her patients and it shows. I was so happy with her i sent me son to her as well. If you’re looking for a Dr who actually cares and will take her time with you give her a try. The office staff is also very helpful with any questions you may have regarding insurance, scheduling, or referrals.
